Oatmeal Raisin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cooking With Friends Kitchen

Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla or almond extract. Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon, mix well. Stir in oats, raisins and chocolate chips, mix well. Make into balls and drop on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes on 350 degrees until golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet, then cool on wire rack.
