Crunchy Asian Noodle Salad

This salad will always impress your guests and they will surely ask for the recipe when they leave. It was first shared with us by a friend’s grandmother. Over time, we added our own goodies to make it even better.

Cooking with Friends Kitchen

Ingredients

For salad:
1 head bok choy, cleaned, chopped and ends removed
1 head of romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
8 scallions, cleaned and chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup diced water chestnuts
1/3 cup toasted almond slivers
1 package Raman Noodles Oriental Flavor, noodles and seasoning

For Dressing:
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 Tbs. sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
seasoning packet from Ramen Noodles

Directions

Mix salad ingredients together and chill. Combine ingredients for dressing and shake well. Toss the dressing with salad. Add the crushed crunchy noodles. Toss again and enjoy!
