I’m a chip fiend — cinnamon, chocolate, butterscotch, white chocolate, peanut butter chocolate, jammy bits — you name it. So when I found out from one of my students who works at Nuts.com that lemon chips existed, I have to say I was beyond excited. I know, it’s amazing that a chip can have such a positive effect on my psyche. Better effect I am sure than any pill would have!
I suppose you have to love, or at least like lemon, to try these but I’m pretty sure that even if you don’t you’ll start liking lemon as soon as you taste one. These little morsels are so darn good. Tart, lemony and sweet at the same time, the food scientists at work developing this flavor scored big time.
