Gefilte Fish Bites
These two bite Gefilte fish appetizers are the perfect way to serve this classic food at your Passover dinner. Served with a tangy horseradish sauce, you might not even have any leftovers!

peeled, sliced into rounds
Horseradish Dipping Sauce
fresh, chopped finely

In a medium sized bowl, cover peeled and cut carrot rounds with water and steam the carrots in the microwave for five minutes. Drain and cool.
Cut each piece of Gefilte fish into eight pieces.
Assemble a piece of fish and carrot on each stick and arrange on a platter.
